

Welcome to our Barista Basic course, where one of our most experienced baristas will hold the course aimed at you as a home bartender or professional barista who wants to learn the basics and prerequisites to succeed with espresso drinks.
During this course we will start with some theory and then move on to the practical, in practical terms we will go through cleaning & maintenance, equipment management, espresso brewing and the basics of skimming milk.
Limited number of places for you to get as much personal attention as possible. So make sure to book your place on time!
Exception for Course Time
Our maximum capacity is 6 participants per event to ensure that all participants get the right conditions for development.
However, if the number of participants is less than 6 participants, the course time is reduced by 15 minutes per empty seat.

- Introduction about coffee processes & roasting about how they affect the taste in espresso.
- Review of equipment that is needed and that may be useful to have.
- Cleaning & maintenance - key to good coffee.
- Brew espresso - understand recipes to achieve the right flavors.
- Skim milk - understand the basics of the silky texture.
- Coffee menu - review of the most common coffee drinks.
