The course is tailored to your wishes and experiences, so that you get the most out of your time with us. We start with the basics — everything from the secrets of espresso and the functions of the espresso machine to the importance of the mill — and then delve deeper into the barista craft.
To really refine your knowledge, we explore different coffee varieties, recipes and grinding degrees, and analyze how different factors affect flavor extraction. The goal? That you should be able to create an espresso that exceeds all expectations. This course is your key to mastering the full potential of coffee and creating the perfect espresso.
